Marketing Administrative Assistant Job in London

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of a forward-thinking, international SaaS company’s collaborative marketing team. They have a strong and growing global presence, and they want to bolster their marketing staff.

You will assist several facets of the US, UK, and APAC marketing teams in this position, which will report to the marketing director. Assisting with a variety of marketing tasks, including budgeting, research, data analysis, asset management, campaigns, communication, internal and external events, content production, proofreading, and agency liaison, are among your duties.

We are looking for a proactive, energetic person who has a strong sense of organization, a strong desire to learn, an open mind about new technology, and a genuine love for marketing.

Location:

1 or 2 days at the office (hybrid working) at the City of London headquarters

The following qualities and experiences are especially desirable in candidates:

1. A sincere passion for marketing!
2. 0–1 years of prior marketing expertise. New grads with little to no experience in the business are welcome.
3. administrative abilities.
4. demonstrated capacity to manage several projects and reliably meet deadlines.
5. organized, meticulous, and customer-focused.
6. Good communicator and team player that puts delivering on time first.
7. adept in running social media sites, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
8. outstanding Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint. It helps to be familiar with any CRM system.
9. vivacious, determined, and internally motivated.
10. Inquisitive, independent, and proactive in grabbing chances.
