About the Job:

We are thrilled to present a special opportunity for a Performance Marketing Support Manager to work with Greggs’ Planning and Performance Team.
You will be instrumental in developing our performance marketing strategy for both established and new channels in this capacity. You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments and agency partners to carry out performance marketing initiatives on a variety of channels. Among the duties are overseeing daily performance marketing operations, maximizing campaign effectiveness, and carrying out testing and education programs.
You will work closely with the Performance Manager – Digital Media as a vital element of our recently formed team to create and carry out media plans targeted at promoting brand and commercial growth. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in performance marketing platforms, have good analytical abilities, and have expertise delivering digital media.

About the Role:

As a Performance Marketing Support Manager,
your responsibilities will include:

1. Oversee the distribution of sponsored content on various digital channels, including Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and others.
2. Keep an eye on performance marketing measures, such as CPCs, CPAs, and CPMs, on a daily basis to see patterns and modifications.
3. Ensure that internal stakeholders understand the impact of your activities by providing them with frequent updates on the delivery of performance marketing across platforms.
4. Support the administration and monitoring of media programs and purchase orders (POs).
5. Work together with internal teams, media agencies, and outside partners to guarantee the best possible execution of performance marketing campaigns on a range of channels.
6. Use cross-functional cooperation to match campaign-specific and always-on performance marketing with business priorities.
7. Create and put into action best-practice performance marketing plans, making sure they complement overarching messaging and organizational goals.
8. Make use of analytics technologies to extract useful information, enhance performance, and mentor other teams.
9. Run optimization and A/B testing tests using performance marketing channels, exchanging results with pertinent parties for planning purposes.

About You:

1. Prior experience organizing and delivering digital media across a range of channels.
2. Expertise in creating and refining campaigns through a variety of media.
3. A desireable background in agency management.
4. Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
5. Proficient in data analysis, at ease with comprehending marketing performance.
6. The ability to manage several deadlines and priorities in an organized manner.
7. Capacity to influence and collaborate with effectiveness at all levels and in all roles.
8. It is preferred to have experience with mobile measuring platforms and analysis tools.
9. Preferential certifications, like Meta Blueprint and Google Ads.

Salary: depending on experience, around £30,000 per year.
