Pay: £26,143 annually
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule & Shift: Day shift, Monday through Friday; weekends off

The Role:

For our customer contact center in Birmingham City Center, which is close to The Cube and approximately 15 minutes from the stations on New Street, Moor Street, and Snowhill, we are now seeking customer service representatives. As a Customer Services Officer, you will respond to incoming calls, emails, and social media messages while offering our 70,000 tenants in the Midlands first-rate customer service. You’ll take care of any maintenance issues as well as housing and tenancy inquiries, greatly helping tenants who are in need.

Timetable of Work:

35 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., at an office
Hours of operation: 8:00–16:00, 9:00–17:00, and 10:00–18:00 (flexibility required)

Monday, August 12 is the start date (monthly alternate start dates are also available).

The Perfect Applicant:

Dedicated to solving problems and serving others; has a track record of providing top-notch customer service
able to manage a large number of client calls in a cool, collected manner
robust IT abilities and attentive listening techniques
Capacity to compile and document all pertinent client data for initial resolution.
