About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, motivated person to join our HR department.

This position includes a range of HR duties in a small team environment. Accurately processing monthly payroll and pension submissions, drafting contracts and change of terms letters, supervising required employee checks, helping with employee training plans, managing the hiring and firing process, managing recruitment as needed, and managing other ad hoc HR tasks are just a few of the responsibilities you’ll be handling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Acting as the main point of contact for any questions or issues with payroll.
2. Effectively executing and overseeing the monthly payroll procedure.
3. Working together to resolve any payroll-related concerns or inquiries with the HR department, staff, and management.
4. Organizing the payroll processing procedure in conjunction with Cintra, the outside payroll supplier.
5. After payroll is finished, handling and processing monthly pension submissions.
6. Writing a variety of documents, including probation and modification of terms letters, and supporting investigators in meetings.
7. Organizing corporate inductions and creating and distributing HR induction materials, such as welcome emails, to new recruits.
8. Helping to plan quarterly company inductions, handle training requests, and schedule employee training sessions.


1. Experience managing new recruits, exits, data management, giving counsel and direction, and organizing staff training in addition to handling generalist HR support duties for a fast-paced HR organization.
2. Expertise in the monthly payroll process, including input, verification, and knowledge with procedures.
3. Exhibited excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize workload in a hectic setting and manage several projects at once.
4. A proactive attitude to guaranteeing accuracy and precision in all duties, together with an exceptional attention to detail.
