Job Title: Part-Time Remote Marketing Assistant (UK-Based)

About the Job:

At The Elements Music, we’re looking for a highly motivated, meticulous Marketing Assistant to join our team. Someone skilled in research, diary management, data entry, and other administrative duties would be ideal for this part-time, remote role.

Concerning You:

1. Your organizing abilities are outstanding, regardless of whether you have previous administrative experience or are a fresh graduate (imagine color-coded spreadsheets for group vacations).
2. You’re very interested in or knowledgeable about the creative industry.
3. Although you like in-person team meetings and frequent get-togethers, you flourish in a remote work setting.
4. You are willing to take on important responsibilities and to offer fresh, original concepts and methods.

Primary Accountabilities:

Participate in weekly virtual meetings in the UK to assign assignments and establish action items.
2. Take part in weekly virtual production meetings for the entire organization to learn about industry procedures and assimilate into the company culture.
3. Oversee CRM by entering and updating contacts and combining data from our mailer and database systems.
4. Draft text for news releases and social media posts.
5. Write drafts of prize submissions.
6. Handle PCAM files containing original music (with support).
7. Keep track of project credits, both active and archived.

Possible Extra Tasks:

1. Perform brand and agency research.
2. Take part in brainstorming sessions for social media marketing and creativity.

Qualifications:

1. One or more years of experience in a comparable role, or significant experience looking for a part-time job.
2. Possessing prior CRM system experience or the assurance to pick them up fast.
3. Self-starter who can collaborate with a remote team and operate autonomously.
4. Expert in using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
5. Willing to physically meet with the UK team once a month and go to important industry gatherings when required.
