We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to come on board and help us provide our clients with outstanding outcomes.

Job Purpose:

As a Junior Project Manager, your role will involve overseeing the activities of transformation and integration projects.

Our preferred candidate will possess experience in coordinating projects within a dynamic environment, with a specific emphasis on project planning, RAID Management, and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the organization and management of the workstreams for the integration program.
2. Ensure that the assigned action owners provide weekly updates to the integration program plans.
3. Oversee assigned workstreams and projects, making sure that allotted funds and schedules are followed.
4. Assure weekly reports from designated owners on the Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs.
5. Work together to develop and distribute integration newsletters with the Internal Communications Executive.
6. Oversee the Air Net (intranet) integration page.
7. Create and manage progress reports and project highlights.
8. Arrange for the essential project procurement processes.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Practical experience managing several projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
1. Active participation in project administration.
2. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
3. Strong capacities for managing stakeholders.
4. A mindset of exceptional customer service.
5. Having a certification in project management is desirable.
