Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their Talent Acquisition team as a Graduate Recruiter. Specifically, this full-time, permanent position is based in Staines-upon-Thames under a hybrid working model requiring office attendance every Tuesday. Additionally, the role offers a competitive starting salary of £26,500 per year.
About the Role
In this exciting entry-level role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialist digital transformation roles. Furthermore, you will learn talent acquisition strategies while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. As a result, you will help build high-performing, diverse teams for critical public and private sector projects. Consequently, your daily work will directly support meaningful digital initiatives across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Source and screen potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals. In addition, you will conduct initial phone and video screenings.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and manage candidate communications. Thus, you will ensure a seamless hiring process for all applicants.
Systems & Outreach: Update applicant tracking systems and write engaging job adverts. Moreover, you will assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach.
Diversity & Inclusion: Contribute to fair hiring practices and support ongoing D&I initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience: A recent university graduate from any discipline or candidates with up to two years of experience in recruitment or HR. Therefore, career starters are welcome to apply.
Core Skills: Exceptional written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset. Furthermore, you should feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Familiarity: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is essential. Additionally, familiarity with LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems is beneficial.
