Airbus Operations Limited is seeking bright, ambitious university graduates to join their organization through the Airbus Global Graduate Programme (AGGP2027). Based in Broughton, this full-time, permanent graduate development programme is set to start in September 2027 (with applications closing on 30th September 2026).
About the Programme
This personalized, two-year development journey is designed to cultivate your professional skills, business acumen, technical abilities, and leadership potential from day one. Within Airbus’s Supply Chain department, you will gain a unique, end-to-end perspective on the industrial system by streamlining information and physical flows while helping pioneer sustainable aerospace. Your journey will include eight rotational placements (such as Master Production Scheduler, Supply Officer, and Line Side Logistics), complemented by dedicated soft-skill training, virtual and in-person workshops, and annual global graduate development weeks.
Key Responsibilities & Rotations
Logistics & Transport Management: Direct oversize transport and logistics, including managing operations involving the iconic Beluga aircraft.
Inventory & Supplier Management: Oversee inventory levels and nurture supplier relationships to ensure an uninterrupted, smooth material flow.
Lineside Logistics: Optimize shop floor logistics so operators have the right parts precisely when needed.
Production Planning: Design and execute the master production schedule to balance operational capacity with customer demand.
Innovation & Decarbonization: Contribute to cutting-edge projects, including designing automated warehouses, digitizing operations with AI tools, and driving supply chain decarbonization.
Candidate Requirements
Education: A degree-level qualification or equivalent within Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transport Management, or Project Management.
Experience: Recent graduates or individuals with initial professional experience in planning, supply chain, and logistics.
Core Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, a collaborative team-player mindset focused on innovation, and high self-awareness to drive your own professional growth.
Eligibility Note: Applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK or be eligible via routes like the Graduate Visa or Youth Mobility Scheme (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available for this role). Security clearance eligibility is also required.
