You will deliver outstanding customer service as a Customer Service Consultant, in which we can all take pride. In this position, you’ll:

– Act as our clients’ initial point of contact, contributing significantly to our Branch Customer Service Team by attending to each client’s specific needs and delivering a superior level of customer care.
– Inform clients about HSBC’s online offerings and increase their awareness of fraud.
Recognize and assist clients who are in precarious circumstances.
Help clients with intricate banking requirements, making sure they have confidence in their choices.

When and Where Will You Work?

Our full-time jobs demand 35 hours per week, which are normally scheduled from 09:00 to 17:00 on Monday through Friday and from 09:00 to 13:30 on Saturday (although not all branches are open on Saturdays). On sometimes, you might be asked to assist branches that are close by; any extra expenses will be covered in accordance with HSBC’s Expenses Policy.

Your Instruction:

You will receive thorough in-branch training to acquaint yourself with the systems, HSBC goods and services, and your particular work function. The three-week training program for customer service consultants lasts for nine days. You are not permitted to take any vacation time during the training term as attendance is required for the full duration.

Pay: £25,061 starting pay for a 35-hour workweek, plus a discretionary performance bonus per year.
