TikTok is seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join their EMEA Real Estate team as a Transaction Analyst Graduate. Specifically, this regular full-time graduate role is based in London. About the Role
As a Transaction Analyst, you will work closely with senior transaction leaders to support the execution of corporate real estate strategies across the EMEA region. Furthermore, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire transaction lifecycle, from market research and financial modelling to lease administration. As a result, your work will help scale TikTok’s rapidly growing office portfolio efficiently. Consequently, you will drive measurable impact within a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Support: Assist in end-to-end real estate transactions, including site searches, property tours, market research, and lease negotiations. In addition, you will support vendor coordination with brokerage partners and landlords.
Financial & Data Analysis: Build and maintain financial models, such as cash flow and NPV analysis, to evaluate real estate options and prepare executive business cases.
Portfolio Tracking: Maintain lease administration databases, track critical lease dates, perform lease abstraction, and generate regular portfolio reporting metrics.
Automation & Business Intelligence: Utilise AI tools and methodologies to automate manual workflows. Moreover, you will build and maintain BI dashboards to present actionable insights to leadership.
Candidate Requirements
Education: A completed or soon-to-be-completed Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. Therefore, strong quantitative backgrounds are required.
Core Competencies: High proficiency in Excel and financial modelling, exceptional organizational skills, and clear verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior internships or experience in corporate real estate, familiarity with commercial lease legal terminology, exposure to international EMEA markets, and a passion for AI tools.
