About the Job:

In order to help shape REFY’s visual identity in the future phase, we are looking for a proactive designer that exhibits great originality, excellent attention to detail, and a strong drive to reflect our brand’s essence through design.

Working closely with the Creative Manager and Visionary Brand Executive, you, as the Senior Designer, play an important role as the brand’s defender. Developing, creating, and implementing innovative ideas and deliverables in line with the brand’s marketing plan are among your duties. In addition to maintaining brand guidelines, creating visuals for offline materials including packaging and point-of-sale (POS) and overseeing all brand and print creative duties, you’ll also help produce campaign and BAU marketing assets.

We are looking for a talented conceptual designer who has a creative flare, an inquisitive mind, and a self-motivated demeanor. You thrive in fast-paced work environments, are adept at handling several projects at once, and are committed to producing top-notch design work with painstaking attention to detail. You’re conscientious, well-prepared, and skilled at establishing rapport, communicating clearly, and encouraging teamwork. You are able to clearly communicate your ideas, manage projects from start to finish, and produce print-ready artwork quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on developing innovative ideas for print and digital projects while emphasizing sound strategic and intellectual thinking.
2. Create eye-catching designs with a consistent creative approach for a range of brand and product marketing materials, including packaging, social media content, web pages, and promotional products.
3. Manage the brand’s visual identity by developing and enforcing design templates that are in compliance with REFY’s brand guidelines. This will guarantee branding coherence across all channels and internal departments.
4. Oversee the visual representation of all communications directed towards customers. Before distributing marketing materials, check that they are in line with the company’s core values.
5. Make sure written content speaks to the target audience and embodies REFY’s brand voice.
6. Work collaboratively with the teams responsible for product development and brand marketing to transform product ideas into visually striking components for packaging, instructional materials, and point-of-sale displays.
7. Create content for executive presentations and supervise its preparation.
8. Skillfully oversee several projects at once, keeping deadlines met and maintaining excellent design and meticulous attention to detail.
9. To improve and polish REFY’s brand positioning, keep up with changes in beauty and fashion trends as well as rival activity. Share your observations with the creative team to encourage and inspire them.

Abilities, Proficiency, and Experience:

1. Proven track record as a graphic designer in the beauty or lifestyle industry, with a portfolio that features outstanding packaging, idea development, branding, website design, and social media content.
2. It is necessary to have prior expertise managing brands and guaranteeing brand coherence.
3. It is essential to be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite and other pertinent design software.
4. A thorough understanding of the principles of design, such as color theory and typography.
5. A thorough understanding of the printing process combined with a dedication to producing finished products that are both inventive and of the highest quality, taking into account aspects like paper stock, construction, and finish.
6. Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
7. The ability to work well with others in a hectic environment.
8. Perfect verbal and written communication and presenting abilities.
9. Ability to establish and maintain connections both internally and outside the company at different levels.
10. A committed member of the team who values working together and who follows procedures with accuracy, patience, and tenacity.
