Being a coach, you are:

1. As a Coach, you use your expertise in providing outstanding customer service to give our clients an elite brand experience.
2. You create a great work atmosphere by leading, coaching, and motivating the staff members in your department.
3. In order to meet sales goals, you are responsible for managing the sales floor, digital services, and visual merchandising on a daily basis within your department.
4. Based on input from customers, you determine what needs to be improved and address it.
5. You serve as a spokesperson for NIKE’s campaigns, which include staff training.
6. One of your responsibilities is to make sure that all NIKE policies and procedures are followed in the shop.
7. It’s critical to work together with business partners at headquarters and retail locations.

More specifically, the three main roles that make up our store framework are as follows:


1. leading a group of people to accurately manage goods receipts, keep an accurate inventory, and follow guidelines for visual display.
2. ensuring efficient inventory management procedures to maintain a regularly stocked, presentable, and brand-compliant sales floor.
3. coordinating with department heads who handle specific duties including receiving products and presenting them visually while managing the entire product journey within the store.
4. assuming responsibility for the monthly initiative launch and using reporting tools to help with decision-making for business.
5. ensuring precise inventory control in order to complete online orders.

Experience of Athletes:

1. ensuring that the group is ready to fulfill our mission by providing outstanding athlete experiences.
2. Increasing group participation in NIKE Community Ambassador events.
3. supervising the hiring and onboarding procedures while working with senior store leadership.
4. Effectively handling shop scheduling.
5. fostering and maintaining a great NIKE culture in collaboration with the store team.

Customer Perspective:

1. Setting a good example by improving the customer journey and offering top-notch service on the sales floor.
2. supplying the group with thorough brand expertise about every facet of customer support, including digital tools.
3. completing a particular training program and informing athlete services about your completion status.
4. using analytics and data to offer insights and working with senior store leadership to promote ongoing development.
