About the Role
As an Operations Expert, you help bring the best of Apple together by managing inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and preservation activities. Furthermore, you serve as a mentor to the Operations team, ensuring all tasks align with strict retail inventory processes. As a result, you support seamless product flow from stockrooms to customers while fostering an inclusive, collaborative store culture. Consequently, your analytical oversight helps leadership identify variance trends and maintain optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Execute receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in strict compliance with Apple Retail Inventory processes.
Product Fulfillment: Complete fulfillment tasks and deliver items swiftly to support runner requests for customers and team members.
Data Analysis: Monitor sellable and non-sellable inventory for accuracy, identify variance trends, and gather data to aid leadership decision-making.
Team Mentorship: Support Operations Specialists by sharing knowledge, promoting inventory performance awareness, and fostering an inclusive environment.
Candidate Requirements
Professional Background: Prior work experience in retail, sales, or a related operational environment.
Core Competencies: Detail-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Physical & Schedule Requirements: Ability to lift and carry products within the store, alongside schedule flexibility covering nights, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.
