• Location: Coventry Arena
• Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
• Hours: 15–30 hours per week (flexible with potential for more)
• Pay: £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.51 after probation) plus an average bonus of 89p per hour.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and guide them to the ideal tech products.
• Creating positive and memorable shopping experiences for every customer.
• Recommending additional services such as delivery, installation, and recycling options.
• Contributing to the overall sales targets and service performance of the store.
• Collaborating across different departments and product ranges.
• Completing essential daily store operations tasks.

What You Can Expect to Learn:

No prior tech experience is necessary! We provide comprehensive training, including a 2–3 day induction (virtual or at our Fort Dunlop Academy) and ongoing learning through product demonstrations, supplier sessions, and new product launch events. This ensures you can confidently provide expert recommendations.
