Pay Range: £24,000 – £26,000 + Potential Commission of £6,000

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager that is committed to offering excellent client service. This position requires the ability to answer technical questions with skill, build strong client connections, and have a thorough understanding of our technology. We respect people who are competitive, dynamic, and challenge-oriented.

What you intend to do:

1. Maintaining constant contact by phone and email with clients.
2. Keeping an updated customer database up to date on a regular basis.
3. Giving customers outstanding assistance to instruct them on how to use the goods.
4. Identifying chances for cross-selling and retention, as well as offering clients solutions through consultative methods.
5. Arranging with important departments and team management to maintain efficient communication.
6. Gaining a thorough understanding of our offerings to improve customer interaction.

What you will require:

1. The ability to maintain an optimistic attitude when handling complex client situations under duress.
2. Effectiveness in organizing, outlining, and bargaining, together with robust written and oral communication abilities.
3. Excellent organizational abilities on a personal level combined with desire, drive, and inventiveness.

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
