What to expect in this position:


1. This position, which reports to the Head of Paid Media, entails using digital marketing channels to improve brand appeal and direct specific visitors to the website and physical stores.
2. Working closely with the Search Marketing Manager to develop and implement the UK & Ireland Digital strategy in accordance with local and international communication timelines.
3. Managing digital display and paid social media initiatives.
serving as a vital point of contact for the creative, brand activation, and global media departments to guarantee that local marketing needs are satisfied.
4. Coming up with creative concepts to keep PANDORA’s competitive advantage.
5. Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and brand-related KPIs will be your main emphasis as the Digital Manager, as you’ll be in charge of managing and optimizing the digital brand budget.

Performance and Digital Superiority:

1. Closely coordinating traffic, ROAS/KPI targets, and agency/channel alignment with the Finance Business Partner, Ecommerce team, and Consumer Insights Analyst.
2. Putting in place a regular reporting framework to evaluate ROAS/KPIs weekly, monthly, or quarterly in comparison to prior years’ goals and targets in order to guarantee the achievement of brand metrics and business objectives.
3. Working with agencies to improve the efficiency of channels at a reasonable cost and to understand how digital channels interact.
4. Following best practices for efficient implementation of digital marketing that have been suggested by agencies, global media teams, and outside sources.
5. Heading up communication initiatives in the UK and around the world to exchange market intelligence, performance, and creative digital marketing projects to improve outcomes.


1. Acting as the main point of contact for the UK media and influencer agency’s digital division on a daily basis.
2. Providing daily oversight and assistance to the Digital group.
Overseeing training, career advancement, and development, including monthly one-on-one mentoring meetings and development talks.
3. Working with internal stakeholders to align the digital marketing content plan with the overall UK marketing calendar.
4. Building trusting connections with regional eCom, offline media, PR, CRM, and VM teams to guarantee all-encompassing alignment.

Management of Agencies:

1. Managing important connections with PR, digital marketing, eCommerce, and other outside companies.
2. Building a solid relationship with platform account managers at Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok in order to take advantage of training, assistance, and relevant insights that are relevant to Pandora.

1. Five to six years of proven expertise leading and improving digital marketing initiatives.
2. Skilled in building strong, preferred relationships with significant platform partners in order to obtain early-mover advantages, adapt to changing best practices, and obtain deeper insights.
3. Deep familiarity with digital marketing systems, including Meta, Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, etc.
4. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to successfully represent the brand.
5. Able to build and maintain fruitful connections with important internal and external stakeholders.
6. Does best in an atmosphere that is dynamic, fast-paced, and full of change.
7. Stays up to date with the newest trends and industry best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.
