What you’re going to be doing:

In order to support the attainment of business objectives through digital marketing activities targeted at increasing holiday sales and holiday home sales, you will work closely with our Head of Digital Marketing and the larger Marketing Team in your capacity as the People Analytics Partner. This means optimizing traffic to websites and conversion rates, with a focus on managing campaigns for Paid Search and Paid Social.

1. Supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in developing and implementing PPC campaigns that meet predetermined goals and cost restrictions.
2. Keeping an eye on internet agencies to guarantee peak performance in terms of volume, cost control, ROAS, and CPA.
3. Aligning PPC and Paid Social spending across channels with business objectives and market conditions through strategic planning and implementation.
4. Analyzing data, making recommendations for improvements, and tracking the performance of sponsored digital channels against predetermined goals.
5. Using tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Meta Business Manager to analyze and report on the performance of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Display campaigns.
6. Testing ad content continuously on various platforms to improve performance indicators like conversion and clickthrough rate.
7. Working together to create engaging paid social media ad content with the Organic Social team.
8. Ensuring that all paid campaigns and creative materials have accurate pricing and promotional information.
9. Looking for optimization chances in PPC campaigns by carrying out in-depth keyword performance research.
10. Using test-and-learn strategies in programmatic display, paid social, and PPC advertising to increase conversion rates and brand awareness.
11. Giving thorough campaign briefs, performance reports, and trading specifications to digital agencies.
12. Trying out first-party data use in campaigns to develop audience segments that are specifically targeted.
13. Helping the SEO Manager out with website content improvement tasks as required.
14. Weekly reporting and tracking of all digital marketing activity to the marketing director and head of digital marketing.
15. Quickly assessing digital marketing and providing precise suggestions for upcoming projects.
16. Working together with the larger marketing team to guarantee the smooth integration of online initiatives in order to optimize brand visibility and reservations.
17. Remaining current with Digital Marketing market developments and disseminating pertinent knowledge to important team members.
18. Following the health and safety procedures of the company and encouraging safe work practices.
19. Acting in a way that upholds the company’s principles and cultivates a happy workplace.

The following are a few of the abilities and background we need:

1. A professional qualification, degree, or track record of digital marketing proficiency that is pertinent.
2. More than three years of expertise in the field of digital marketing, with a focus on programmatic display and paid social media in addition to PPC.
3. Prior experience working with online advertising companies.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. Experience and excellent grasp of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
6. Having a very numerical and analytical attitude.
7. A remarkable capacity for deciphering complex data, analyzing it, and turning it into recommendations that can be put into practice.

Base pay:
between £27,500 and £29,741 annually
