About the Job:

A customer advisor with prior automotive sector experience is what we are ideally looking for. If you don’t have any prior automotive expertise, we nevertheless accept applications from people who have a great desire to serve others, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a warm disposition. Our Performance Academy offers comprehensive training, which is enhanced by further online and induction instruction.

Job Description:

  • Show a strong dedication to consistently deliver exceptional customer service with skill, lead clients through the Stellantis.
  • Keep lines of communication open and functional with coworkers and customers.
  • As part of our digitization goal, embrace and adjust to new digital systems and procedures.
  • Encourage and upsell other services that are suggested as part of the Vehicle Health Check procedure.
  • In order to guarantee client retention inside the organization, provide quotations and pitch Service Plans.
  • Encourage feedback on client satisfaction through follow-up contacts and exit briefings.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients looking for: – Timelines and pricing estimates for repairs.
  • Addressing issues with recommended repairs.
  • Details and reports on work in progress or new tasks that are needed.
  • Creating bills, explaining them, and handling payment processing.
