Your Key Responsibilities
🖥 Application & System Support
- Carry out daily system and application checks
- Ensure all platforms and services operate correctly
- Support software installations and troubleshooting
🎧 Customer Support & Service Desk
- Respond to customer issues via phone and email
- Resolve service desk tickets within SLA requirements
- Escalate complex issues to the correct technical teams
📋 Issue Management & Documentation
- Triage incoming support requests
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the support system
- Follow ISO27001 support procedures and compliance standards
🤝 Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal support and technical teams
- Communicate risks or operational issues effectively
- Support continuous improvement of service processes
Preferred Skills (Not Essential)
Training will be provided, but knowledge in the following areas would be beneficial:
- SQL
- HTML & JavaScript
- Software Installation
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Customer Communication Skills
