Your Role as a Graduate Pest Control Technician
You will start your career by spending the initial 6–12 months mastering the role of a Pest Control Technician. During this time, you will provide invaluable support to our customers in the Dumfries to Stranraer area.
Key responsibilities include:

Inspecting premises: You will check customer sites for signs of pests and identify potential risks.

Problem-solving: You will swiftly tackle pest issues by cleaning and removing evidence of activity.

Expert Advice: You will offer valuable guidance to customers regarding the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.

Reporting: You will complete accurate reports after every site visit.

Customer Service: You will provide exceptional service and uphold a professional image at all times.
Exciting Career Progression: Following your first year, you will have the opportunity to choose your specific career path, including roles such as Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager.
What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Academic Background: A minimum 2.2 degree in a science-related subject (BSc), Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality, or Tourism.

Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.

Drive & Flexibility: A desire to work hard and interact with customers daily, along with the flexibility to support business needs.

Integrity: You may be required to pass a DBS check.
