The Role and Your Growth
As our new Graduate Client Support Advisor, you will act as a pivotal link between our clients and our mission. Your journey begins with a comprehensive 18-month training period on our Helpdesk. During this time, you will gain invaluable experience and build the confidence needed to master the role. Following this foundation, you will be perfectly positioned to explore career pathways within our Sustainability or Account Management teams.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

First-Class Support: Serving as the primary point of contact to deliver high-level service to our clients.

Request Management: Processing client bookings and specific service requests efficiently.

Ownership: Responding to enquiries via telephone and email, taking full responsibility for resolving every query.

Team Collaboration: Supporting our Account Managers and Operations teams with their client-related enquiries and site services.

Rapport Building: Developing strong professional relationships with clients, managers, and operational staff.

Communication: Acting as the main bridge between our Operations Team and our diverse client base.

Financial Administration: Handling straightforward pricing and invoicing queries.

Service Promotion: Educating clients about additional services that can help them reach their sustainability goals.
About You
