Promise Events is expanding and looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and creative individuals to join their Event Assistant / Wedding Decor Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes of stunning weddings and events, helping bring beautiful concepts to life.
About the Role
As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in the preparation, setup, and execution of weddings and events.
You will work closely with the team to ensure every detail is delivered to a high standard, creating memorable experiences for clients.
No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with loading and unloading event materials
- Setting up and dismantling décor items such as stages, backdrops, and props
- Arranging table centrepieces, floral displays, and event furniture
- Following styling plans provided by the design manager
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting post-event dismantling and equipment handling
- Assisting with floristry and balloon styling
- Working efficiently as part of a team
