What You’ll Work On

As a trainee, you will immerse yourself in our data landscape to drive strategic decision-making. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Consulting: You will consult with management and stakeholders to define clear goals for our business intelligence initiatives.

• Data Mastery: You will learn to fully understand our data landscape, including sales metrics and marketing spend across our e-commerce portfolio.

• Dashboard Development: You will develop high-impact dashboards and create comprehensive reports for internal use.

• Support & Training: You will support users, ensuring they can effectively utilize our reporting tools.

• Data Integrity: You will review and validate data while maintaining the accuracy of our sources.

• Insight Communication: You will synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations for senior management and the wider organization.

You will also participate in a personalized rotation program, which may include areas such as Operations, Merchandising, Customer Experience, Production Planning, Paid Marketing, Webshop Management, CRM (Email/WhatsApp/SMS), and Finance.

Who You Are

We are looking for ambitious individuals who meet the following profile:

• Education: You are a fresh or recent graduate (less than two years of experience) with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in fields like Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Studies.

• Analytical Rigor: You demonstrate extreme precision in problem-solving and data analysis.

• Technical Foundation: You possess some experience in programming specifically for data analysis.

• Communication: You are a fluent English speaker who works well within a multicultural team.

• Proactive Mindset: You are a self-starter who takes initiative and is dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth.

• Detail-Oriented: You are thorough, tech-literate, and capable of learning new software with ease.
