What You’ll Bring to the Team

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Project Manager who thrives managing multiple priorities and delivering results on time. Key skills and attributes include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders
  •  Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, balancing resources and deadlines
  • A methodical, planned approach with strong organisational skills to oversee workflows and task interactions
  •  Ability to react quickly and decisively when priorities shift
  •  Familiarity with MS Project is a strong advantage

Your Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  •  Strong problem-solving skills
  •  Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment
  •  Comfortable working to and reporting on KPIs (metrics)
  •  Skilled in preparing detailed reports
  •  Experience managing or supporting project management activities, including financial and operational aspects

Your Main Responsibilities

  •  Plan and execute project start-up activities including contract review and gate checklists
  •  Prepare and maintain project plans using GANTT charts
  • Manage and update action and review logs
  •  Maintain risk registers and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
  •  Produce internal management reports
  •  Monitor project resources and budgets against plan
  •  Assist with funding applications for new projects
  •  Support creation of Statements of Work from customer enquiries
  •  Liaise with stakeholders, reporting regularly on project progress and scope changes
  •  Collaborate effectively with teams to understand project requirements and drive successful outcomes
