Your Role and Responsibilities:

As our Entry Level Sales and Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Purpose and Community Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential support for daily operational tasks, efficient meeting coordination, and seamless project management across a range of key initiatives.
  • Assisting in the comprehensive planning and successful delivery of impactful programmes such as Make £5 Grow, various employee recognition schemes, and engaging charity and volunteering events.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of relevant data to uncover valuable insights that will enhance our community engagement strategies and improve colleague recognition efforts.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for colleague queries, ensuring timely and helpful responses, and escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
  • Efficiently managing programme budgets, accurately raising purchase orders, and ensuring the smooth and transparent execution of financial transactions.
  • Providing crucial support in organizing various off-site events and collaborating effectively with external vendors to guarantee seamless and successful delivery.

What We’re Looking For in You:

To excel in this entry-level role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and strong multitasking skills, allowing you to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal forms, enabling clear and professional interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, coupled with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A high degree of adaptability to evolving situations and a willingness to embrace and integrate new processes and technologies.

Our Flexible Work Style:

This exciting role offers the flexibility of being fully UK Remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. However, there will be occasional travel requirements to our hubs in Gosforth and Glasgow, approximately twice per quarter, for team collaboration and key meetings.
