About the Role

In this engaging position, you will collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing team. Your primary focus will be supporting us in crafting and delivering compelling campaigns and social media content. Furthermore, you’ll help us effectively connect with both our digital and in-person audiences. Indeed, from promoting diverse dance productions and exciting events to reaching new and existing dance lovers, this role will truly put your creativity and communication skills to excellent use.

Job Details

• Salary: You’ll earn £13.85 per hour, in addition to receiving comprehensive benefits.

• Location: You’ll work at our vibrant London location.
• Working Hours: We offer a 30-hour work week, Monday to Friday, which includes dedicated study time for your apprenticeship.
• Study Support: You’ll receive full support for your studies, including a dedicated tutor and access to both in-person and online learning resources.

What You’ll Be Doing

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the comprehensive planning and successful delivery of marketing campaigns for various productions and events.
• Helping manage and create engaging content across all our social media platforms.
• Supporting the marketing efforts for major festivals, exciting new shows, and impactful community projects.
• Becoming involved in promoting shows across four iconic London stages, as well as our touring events.
• Developing your professional skills significantly while actively contributing to a vibrant and inspiring arts environment.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you should meet one of the following criteria:

• Five GCSEs at grades A*-C / 9–4, which must include English and Maths.
• Alternatively, Functional Skills Level 2 in both English and Maths.
• Or, possession of a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship.
