Role Overview

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (36.25 hours per week).

Location: Hybrid (3 days in our Warrington office from 8:00 am–4:00 pm; 2 days remote on Tuesday and Friday).

Flexibility: We offer flexitime with flexible start and finish times on your remote days.

Pay: From £25,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
As a core member of our team, your primary duties will include:

SEO Optimization: You will carry out on-page SEO tasks, such as keyword research, metadata updates, and content improvements. Additionally, you will use AI tools to identify trends and high-traffic opportunities to boost organic performance.

Social Media Management: You will plan, create, and schedule social media content across various platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high engagement for our clients.

Content Capture: You will attend client “content days,” visiting businesses to capture photography, video, and other essential assets for multi-channel marketing.

Content Production: You will produce various content formats, including copy, graphics, and short-form video. Furthermore, you will utilize AI tools to speed up and enhance the creative process.

Industry Innovation: You will keep pace with the latest developments in digital marketing and AI, bringing fresh ideas and new, useful tools back to the team.
