Your Role as a Jr Sales Representative
As a Jr Sales Representative, you will serve as the crucial first point of contact. Your primary focus will be on identifying leads and converting these opportunities to help drive significant revenue growth. Moreover, with consistent strong performance, you will find yourself on a clear promotion path to becoming a full-fledged Account Executive within just 6–9 months.
Key Responsibilities (First 6–9 Months)
Initially, your core responsibilities will include:
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to effectively generate new leads. 📞

- Hitting weekly and monthly quotas for both calls made and meaningful conversations had. 📈

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, we require:
- A post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- High energy, a proactive mindset, and an undeniable drive to succeed.
- Bonus Points: Any exposure to the construction industry, e-commerce, or B2B sales environments will be a significant advantage.
