• Global Market Analysis – Dive deep into data to support energy transition strategies.
• Back Office Finance – Learn how the numbers drive smart energy decisions.
• Flex Gen Batteries & Renewable Gases UK – Discover the power of storage and innovation.

• Communication Skills – Clear, confident written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences

🎓 Required Qualifications

To be eligible for the 2025 programme, you’ll need the following:

• Essential: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field
• Desired: Coding or data analysis skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL) are a big plus!
