Your Role and Responsibilities

🎯 As our Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the Business Development Director, playing a vital role in strategic decision-making and contributing directly to our growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating actively with the Business Development Director in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Conducting thorough research to identify new market opportunities and promising influencer niches within the United Kingdom and beyond.
• Building and effectively managing a robust pipeline of high-potential content creators based in the United Kingdom and internationally.
• Delivering exceptional engagement and building strong relationships with prospects across various online platforms.
• Meticulously tracking outreach performance metrics and proactively suggesting improvements to optimize our sales funnel.
• Identifying potential inefficiencies within our business development processes and actively contributing to their optimization.

What We’re Looking For in a Candidate

🧠 We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualities:

• Excellent fluency in English. Proficiency in additional European languages would be a significant advantage.
• Full-time availability for a 6-month internship, with the start date being as soon as possible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and engage effectively with prospects.
• Resilience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude even when facing rejections.
• A strong learner’s mindset, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
