Based across Manchester and Cheshire with a flexible hybrid working model, this full-time role offers a competitive basic salary of £28,000 to £30,000 a year alongside an uncapped commission structure (with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000+).
About the Role
Designed for recent graduates or those taking their first step into a commercial career, this role moves beyond traditional cold calling into consultative, value-driven relationship building. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to help you master commercial skills, manage customer accounts, and become a trusted advisor to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth: Build relationships with prospective and existing clients, managing accounts and identifying opportunities to add real value.
Multi-Channel Engagement: Use LinkedIn, email, phone, and virtual meetings to engage with clients and develop deep market expertise.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align objectives and deliver exceptional service.
Candidate Requirements
Profile: Recent graduates or graduate-calibre candidates from any academic discipline (Business, Marketing, Psychology, English, Communications, etc.).
Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, confidence in building relationships, a proactive growth mindset, and a collaborative team player attitude.
Advantageous Experience: Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, volunteering, sports, university societies, or leadership roles.
