This in-person role, based at our Kennington office 5 days a week, offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £50,000 a year plus a performance bonus. Specifically, your mission will be to take full ownership of key marketing initiatives that drive our ecommerce growth, working directly with our Meta advertising efforts and leading new digital campaigns as you develop your skills.

Elavate was launched in early 2024 with a primary goal of helping women achieve their skin goals using science-backed Collagen. Since then, we have rapidly grown to service over 10,000 subscribers. Furthermore, we have an ambitious goal of becoming the UK’s biggest Collagen brand in the next 24 months, with a strategy to reach £100 million in annualized revenue by the end of 2026.

Our founder, Alex Philip, started the company to create a superior product that actually works, tastes great, and stays affordable. Consequently, we are quickly becoming one of the most recognized collagen brands on UK social media. This is not a traditional 9-5 role; we expect every team member to move fast, take full ownership, and hold each other to a high standard.

Core Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage important growth levers in our D2C business. For instance, your day-to-day functions will include:

• Channel Management: Managing daily marketing functions across multiple channels, with a core focus on our Meta advertising campaigns.

• Influencer Outreach: Leading influencer communication and coordination for paid campaigns and product seeding initiatives.

• Content Direction: Developing user-generated content (UGC) scripts and directing content creators to produce effective ad creative.

• Conversion Optimization: Building and testing new landing pages while executing A/B tests on various CRO elements to enhance website performance.

• Copywriting: Creating compelling ad copy and optimizing it based on performance data.

• Funnel Development: Taking ownership of marketing funnel development and executing strategic optimization projects.

• Market Research: Researching competitor marketing strategies and implementing those valuable insights into our active campaigns.

Additional Functions & Success Metrics

• Data Analysis: Providing valuable insights to the Growth team based on campaign data analysis to lower our CPA.

• Asset Management: Owning and maintaining organized libraries of marketing assets and performance tracking.

• Skill Development: Rapidly developing valuable marketing skills that directly benefit Elavate’s scaling efforts.

What We Are Looking For

We want to meet ambitious builders who possess a strong academic foundation and a drive to implement digital marketing strategies. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

• Education: You are a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Technical Aptitude: You have a strong understanding of analytics tools, data interpretation, and common social media platforms from a business perspective.

• Communication Skills: You possess excellent organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

• Experience: An internship or project experience in digital marketing is beneficial but not required. In addition, a passion for health, wellness, or skincare is a major plus.
