About the Programme
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will work within the Group Development function and gain experience across several departments, including:

What You’ll Be Doing
📈 Business Development & Strategy
- Support strategic business growth planning
- Assist with market and competitor research
- Contribute to business development activities and pipeline management
📝 Bid & Commercial Support
- Help prepare bid submissions and client proposals
- Support pricing strategies and commercial planning
- Assist with governance and procurement processes
📊 Data & Performance Analysis
- Analyse commercial and operational performance data
- Identify trends and support strategic recommendations
- Assist with reporting and business insights
📢 Marketing & Client Engagement
- Support campaign planning and brand positioning
- Create marketing materials and presentations
