Your Journey: The Graduate Program Structure

This scheme offers a unique blend of field experience and career progression. Consequently, your time with us is divided into two key phases:

Phase 1: The Foundation (Initial 6-12 Months) You will start in the field as a Pest Control Technician. In this role, you will manage a specific geographical area, resolving customer issues while completing industry-recognized training. Specifically, your duties will include:

• Inspecting premises to identify pest risks and evidence of activity.

• Implementing swift solutions to tackle pest problems and cleaning affected areas.

• Advising customers on hygiene and maintenance to prevent future issues.

• Completing accurate digital reports and maintaining a professional image.

Phase 2: The Career Path (12-36 Months) Once you have mastered the technical foundations, you can choose your specialized career trajectory. Therefore, you can transition into one of the following high-impact roles:

• Sales Surveyor

• Field Biologist

• Service Team Leader

• Key Account Manager

Requirements for Success

• Education: A minimum 2.2 degree in a science-related subject (BSc, including Social Science) or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality, or Tourism.

• Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
