In this role, you will help us convert inbound enquiries into successful bookings for our popular 360 booth event experiences. Because this is a commission-based opportunity, it is ideal for someone who wants to build real-world sales skills while earning based on their performance. Moreover, this position offers complete flexibility, allowing you to work from home on your own schedule.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to help us manage our bookings for weddings, parties, and corporate events. Specifically, you will be handling warm inbound leads, which means there is absolutely no cold calling involved. Instead, you will speak with clients who are already interested in our services and help turn their enquiries into confirmed bookings. The entire process is simple, structured, and easy to learn, making it the perfect starting point for anyone interested in a career in sales or events.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your daily responsibilities will be varied and engaging. For instance, your core tasks will include:

  • Responding to Inquiries: You will reply to inbound messages across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.

  • Consulting with Clients: You will listen to understand exactly what each client needs for their upcoming event.

  • Presenting Solutions: You will send out pricing information and clearly explain our various event packages.

  • Closing Deals: You will follow up with interested clients and guide them through the process of closing a booking.

  • Lead Management: You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline of leads from the initial enquiry all the way to the final sale.

Job Details & Benefits
