- Hours: 07:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our projects run smoothly. Your core responsibilities include:
- Coordination: You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Designers to agree on crucial call-offs, delivery timelines, and project budgets.
- Management: You’ll effectively manage draftsmen, guiding them in producing and nesting files specifically for production.
- Organization: You’ll meticulously organize sequencing for both design elements and finished products throughout the entire project lifespan.
- Liaison: You’ll process and manage quotes received from various entities, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
- Tracking & Reporting: You’ll diligently track and report drawing issue dates versus site programs, ensuring alignment.
- Documentation: You’ll document all project variations and any changes to timelines, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Collaboration: You’ll regularly attend meetings with internal teams to discuss ongoing project requirements and foster smooth communication.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Education: An MSc or higher in Construction, Physics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Sector Experience: A background in the GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete) or Precast concrete sector is considered a significant advantage.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in ASTA, Microsoft Office, and especially Excel, is essential for this role.
- Technical Skills: The ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings is crucial.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for effective liaison.
