What You’ll Do

As a Project Management Graduate, you’ll gain unparalleled experience:

• From day one, you’ll be an active participant in global, multimillion-dollar energy projects, making a tangible impact.
• You will work directly alongside seasoned project professionals, thus learning best-in-class practices and industry standards.
• Crucially, you will develop key skills in communication, commercial awareness, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, and effective teamwork.
• The program includes a significant 6-month overseas rotation in one of our cutting-edge manufacturing facilities, offering truly global exposure.
• Ultimately, you will step into your first permanent role within a global project team immediately following the completion of your structured program.

• A minimum 2:2 degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
