What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Systems Engineer, you’ll become an integral part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering critical radar capabilities to key customers, including the Royal Navy. You can expect hands-on learning coupled with exciting responsibilities, including:

• Applying robust Systems Engineering principles across the full engineering lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Translating complex requirements into clear and actionable system and sub-system level solutions.
• Utilizing advanced tools like CATIA Magic or Enterprise Architect for sophisticated model-based systems design.
• Developing powerful simulations using industry-standard platforms such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Python.
• Supporting the crucial integration and rigorous testing of advanced systems to ensure peak performance.
• Assisting in defining comprehensive Verification and Validation (V&V) strategies for new developments.
• Participating actively in technical reviews of documentation and designs, providing valuable insights.

Qualification Requirements

To be considered for this pivotal role, you must hold (or be on track to achieve) at least a 2:2 degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Physics
• Mathematics
• Systems Engineering
• Computer Systems Engineering
• Computer Science
