Shubham Tiwari

My Background:

Successfully completed BSc(H) in Marine Science and technology specialisation in Biotechnology, Marine conservation, fishing, and aquaculture technology and programming languages such as C, python.
I worked as Marketing Manager at Shubham Advertising for 3 years and 2 years as PIR consultant at Reckitt, India
Demonstrating practical experience in NPD, PLC, ERP (IBM Tivoli and SAP MDG), authoring SDS, BOM, FBOM, etc, Print media marketing and advertisements.

My Journey:

In my final year of graduation I started working part time for Shubham Advertisement with I continued for 2 years after my graduation.  Then I worked as PIR consultant at Reckitt India where I was part of the global team looking after Safety, Quality, Remediation and compliance of health and Hygiene category products such as Dettol, Durex, Harpic, Finish, Moov, etc.
I quit my job due to health issues and decided to have a degree in business.
I am Currently enrolled in an MBA programme at University of Northampton in UK.

My Learning:

Specialisation in Business analysis, strategic thinking, communication, Negotiation skills, Marketing.
Aquaculture techniques learnt from undergraduate degree 3. Inquisitive and creative innovation for businesses and environment through studying MBA 4. International exposure and cultural understanding.

My Achievements:

In bachelor’s degree I was the sports captain of my department, won bronze medal in handball at intra university level. Leaded the department in university human value activities for straight two years. Volunteer as a teacher in local NGO Umeed- A drop of Hope.
In Reckitt lead and completed product integrity review of European site 1 month prior to deadline.
At University of Northampton Participated in FBL sustainability challenge to provide sustainable business solution to Blue Skies for their waste. Ranked 4th in the competition out of 50 teams.
Volunteering in Cancer research UK and Go Dharmic.
