My Background:

Originating from a middle-class family in Punjab, India, I embarked on a lifelong pursuit of continuous learning and exploration. In 2008, I laid the foundation for my educational aspirations by earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Following my graduation, my thirst for knowledge led me to venture to Australia. In 2010, I proudly completed an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management. Immersed in the vibrant hospitality industry, I worked diligently at the front desk and further honed my culinary skills in the kitchen. This experience also marked my immersion in the rich and diverse Australian culture, expanding my horizons well beyond the confines of academia.

My Journey:

A pivotal moment in my journey was marked by my ascent to an assistant manager role within the hospitality industry. In this capacity, I refined my skills in management, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Later, I transitioned to the dynamic field of customer care, where I gained invaluable insights into customer relationship management during my nearly 4-year tenure at a prominent Australian company.

After eight transformative years abroad, I made a courageous decision to return to India in 2016, armed with a bold vision. In that year, I founded an education business specializing in IELTS preparation. Over the course of four years, this venture flourished, underscoring my ability to translate unwavering dedication into tangible success. During this period, I concurrently pursued a bachelor’s degree in the education field, continuously expanding my knowledge base in parallel with my entrepreneurial endeavors.

Seeking fresh perspectives and new horizons, I embarked on a journey to the United Kingdom in 2021. It was here that I pursued an MBA at the distinguished University of Northampton. My motivation was driven by an insatiable thirst for deeper business insights and a relentless commitment to personal development.

My Learning:

From humble beginnings in a small Indian village to traversing continents and navigating diverse industries, my journey has been an unceasing odyssey of learning. It’s a voyage propelled by unbridled curiosity and an unwavering desire to make a positive impact.

Today, as I pursue my MBA in the UK, my journey is far from complete. I remain on a relentless quest to harness the full spectrum of my life and professional experiences to make a profound and meaningful contribution to the ever-evolving realm of business. With each step I take, I am guided by the profound conviction that the amalgamation of diverse experiences is the key to unlocking success in a dynamic and ever-evolving business landscape

My Achievements:

Throughout my journey, I’ve achieved milestones that underscore my versatility and relentless determination. During my tenure with the TAB company in Australia, I meticulously honed skills in communication, teamwork, and technical proficiency. Through unswerving dedication and hard work, I successfully established a thriving education business in the fiercely competitive market in just four years. One standout accomplishment was securing an 8-month internship at Stunited, during which I assumed the pivotal role of a Business Development Manager. This opportunity provided an ideal platform to apply my cumulative experiences and knowledge to drive business growth and development, a challenge I embraced with unwavering enthusiasm.
