  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, including sous chefs and line cooks, to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Quality and Safety:

• Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per local regulations.
• Monitor quality control measures to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

  Inventory and Cost Control:

  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and establish relationships with vendors to ensure the freshest ingredients.
