I have over ten years of experience working as a Security Operations manager. I have an SIA license and a CCTV operator -UK.
Previously,I handled the Supervision of all security operations in a major retail and distribution company winch and also provided security services to other clients. As a security service-providing company, we hired our guards to secure their lives and property. These customers include business companies, Factory and manufacturing facilities, hospitals, schools, markets, and other public areas..
As part of my responsibilities, I handled deployments, transport, and maintenance of Firearms and supplies. I was also the head of the disciplinary committee that handles conflict and discipline of guards.
Besides that, I worked as a General Manager for four years during operations and as an administration manager for over eight years. I also hold Employability skills, driving, and team-building skills. With this experience and skills from other forms of leadership and responsibilities held in school, at work, and in the community, I am very confident that I will be able not only to grow and handle a strong Bank portfolio but also exceed set targets tremendously.
I also firmly hold strong values of integrity, self-drive, commitment, hard work, and zeal to develop, grow, and support teams, especially in areas of Business logistics and supply chain, administration, and Operations Management. I have, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, and I majored in Economics. Now studying MSc Logistics and supply chain management, at the University of Northampton in the UK.
