·         Developing detailed designs.

·         Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.

·         Preparing and implementing project plans.

·         Ensuring contractor compliance with procedure, drawing, project specifications and according to contract.

·         Monitoring construction progress to ensure that activities are in line with approved construction schedule.

·         Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

·         Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner

·         Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints

·         Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

·         Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.

·         Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.

·         Assisting on highway engineering designs, preparing reports, specifications calculations, gabion walls and RCC/ Pavement Road projects

·         Completing all tasks set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible.

·         Traveling to different sites and gaining practical experience in new work zones.
