What You’ll Do

As a Retail Customer Service Assistant, your key responsibilities will involve:

• Prioritizing safety: You will always put safety first for yourself, your team, and every customer, in line with bp’s strict safety policies.
• Delivering excellent service: You’ll provide outstanding customer service and operate the till with a smile. 😊
• Preparing food and drinks: You’ll prepare delicious food and drinks at our Wild Bean Café. ☕🥐
• Managing stock: You will efficiently manage stock, handle deliveries, replenish shelves, and rotate stock. 📦
• Promoting offers: You’ll actively promote bp’s offers, promotions, and loyalty schemes to our valued customers. 💳
• Maintaining cleanliness: You will keep the store, facilities, and forecourt clean and tidy at all times. ✨
