What You’ll Do

As a Performance Analyst, your responsibilities will be pivotal to our success:

  • You will analyze stock condition data, repair trends, and lifecycle costs to strengthen asset management decisions.
  • Furthermore, you will identify underperforming properties and suggest effective actions to boost their safety, sustainability, and overall value.
  • You will support strategic planning for both maintenance and capital investment programs.
  • Crucially, you will create and present clear asset performance dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
  • You will monitor compliance with Decent Homes standards, energy targets, and other relevant regulations.
  • Moreover, you will work closely with surveyors, operational teams, and asset managers to align day-to-day repairs with our long-term goals.
  • Finally, you will maintain top-notch data quality and recommend effective ways to improve data collection processes.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Solid experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of housing stock condition, lifecycle planning, or property data.
  • The proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong skills in using data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong integrity, self-motivation, and effective project management skills.
  • As a bonus, experience in housing, asset management, or property sectors is highly valued.
