About the Apprenticeship Programme

If you’re eager to learn, grow, and make a difference, the C4 Apprenticeship Programme is the perfect launchpad.

• Schedule: You’ll work four days per week within the Technology department. You will dedicate one day per week to formal training, which includes workshops, tutorials, webinars, and coaching.
• Qualification & Duration: This is an 18-month programme that results in a Level 4 Project Management Qualification.
• Start Date: The programme begins in September 2026.
• Base Salary: The starting salary is £26,742 per annum.

Your Role as a Technology Project Management Apprentice

As an apprentice in the Technology Service Management team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across Channel 4’s infrastructure, networks, and workplace technology. You’ll gain valuable exposure to IT Service Management and Change Delivery projects, all while supporting a dynamic and innovative media environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Support weekly project status monitoring and reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure projects follow Channel 4’s IT Service Management (ITSM) project standards.
• Documentation: Assist in managing project documentation and standardisation efforts.
• Finance & Suppliers: Facilitate supplier queries and purchase order processes.
• Tracking: Help track project financials, escalate issues as needed, and support internal reporting functions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to maintain excellent service delivery across the department.

What We’re Looking For

Eligibility Criteria:

• You must have a minimum Grade C (4) or above in Maths & English GCSE.
• You must be 18 years or older by the start date.
• You must not possess a prior qualification at the same or higher level in project management.

Hybrid Working Model & Perks
