Location: Birmingham B4 7NJ (based in our Bromsgrove operations).

Type: Part-time employment.

Hours: You will work 16 hours per week over two days.

Schedule: One day must be Wednesday. However, the second day remains flexible.

Time: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Your Core Duties in Operations Management
As a key member of the office team, you will handle several important tasks. Specifically, your daily duties include:

Customer Contact: You will act as the primary contact for customers. You will discuss upcoming service, maintenance, and installation works with them.

Scheduling: You must confirm, reschedule, or manage cancellations. Additionally, you will handle access arrangements.
