About the Role
As a Store Sales Assistant, you will be the crucial first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary mission will be to deliver a premium and memorable shopping experience, actively drive sales performance, and cultivate strong customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include consistently achieving daily and weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will deliver excellent customer service, effectively converting customer enquiries into successful sales. Maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing sales floor will also be a key task. You will handle transactions efficiently and with accuracy. Additionally, you will support merchandising activities, conduct stock checks, and assist with unpacking deliveries. Providing comprehensive product knowledge and brand expertise to support new team members will also be part of your role. Finally, you will uphold company standards, procedures, and maintain a consistently polished store image.
What You Bring
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in driving sales, preferably within the fashion or jewellery sectors. A strong passion for current trends and styling is essential. You should be highly motivated, ambitious, and possess strong communication skills. Furthermore, a proactive, organized, and team-oriented approach to work is also crucial. Familiarity with the retail environment in the Covent Garden area would be a significant advantage. Experience with the Shopify platform is considered a plus.
