The Role and Responsibilities

As a member of the Post Production department, you will support the online and finishing team. You will help deliver high-quality content while learning the ropes of graphics, colour, and conforming. Specifically, your daily tasks will involve:

• Project Preparation: You will assist the team by preparing projects for Online and Grade tasks.

• Software Support: You will handle fixes and export materials using After Effects, Premiere, Resolve, and Pro Tools.

• Graphics Integration: You will prepare basic graphics, such as titles, lower thirds, and call-to-action graphics.

• Technical Workflows: You will support the team with encoding, transcoding, and media clean-up.

• Quality Control: You will perform basic QC checks to log issues related to sound, colour, and picture quality.

• Collaboration: You will assist with ingest and exports while re-conforming archive content as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented candidate who is truly passionate about post-production. Ideally, you possess the following skills:

• Technical Knowledge: You have intermediate skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.

• Software Familiarity: You understand Pro Tools and have basic Photoshop skills for asset preparation.

• Detail-Oriented Mindset: You possess a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning.

• Communication: You follow instructions accurately and communicate well within a team.

• Creative Interest: You have a developing understanding of digital delivery standards and a desire to grow.

• Experience: Previous experience in an internship or trainee role is highly beneficial.
