What You Will Do

As our Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) intern, you will ensure that all research activities are executed with total accuracy. Furthermore, you will use your project management skills to support key initiatives. Your daily tasks will keep you at the intersection of data and beauty. For instance, you will:

• Manage Relationships: Help support the day-to-day interactions with our key continuous research agencies.

• Support the Business: Assist marketing, commercial, and category development teams in understanding and utilizing our data resources.

• Deliver Accuracy: Ensure that regular reporting and ad hoc data requests reach the team in an accurate and timely manner.

• Data Interpretation: Learn how to analyze and interpret data to add tangible value and insight to the business.

• Stay Curious: Remain open-minded and creative to provide recommendations supported by consumer and category insights.

• Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, focusing on social media, consumer behavior, and new analytics tools.

What We Are Looking For
